The world is changing. But, it also is staying the same. According to recent studies, the average age of C-Suite professionals is around 57 years old. The average age of a law firm partner at a top 200 firm is around 52 years old. Only about 2 percent of lawyers in the United States are Black men.  According to the Washington Post, only around 8 percent of C-Suite executives are Black, which includes men and women.
